What Our Side Is All About

The weather is helping make things green faster. Enjoy watching mohter nature come up the mountain with a drive over the Mesa.

If you are watering at the mouth for some fresh greens and yummy things to eat, the weather has sent the crops up early.

Stop into a produce stand or visit one of our tour farms for some great greens, reds, oranges and purples.

After some time off in 2008 The Western Slope’s own SSS is back and gearing up for a great year of oldtime bluegrass & stringband music. The band will be kicking off their busy summer schedule with a special hometown show at their favorite Western Colorado Theater.
We can’t wait to hear more. They are playing at the Paradise Theater in Paonia on May 29th.

What Merriment!!

The Wine and Buffalo Feast is this Saurday (May16, 2009). I went last year and it was so cool. The food and wine were great, the music was slammin’ and everyone had a great time.

It’s a great fall day here in Delta County. The fall colors are slowly moving down the mountains and into the valleys below.  This is the time of year for apple harvest. Many other crops are ready for picking, so the roadside stands are loaded with delicious local food.
